What we actually do
We are a manufacturer, not a trading company. That distinction matters when something needs changing: because we own the tooling, the acoustics and the firmware, a colourway change or a firmware tweak does not mean waiting on a third party.
Our catalog is deliberately narrow — 26 models we know completely — so that certification stays current, spare parts stay in stock, and the answer to "can you do this?" is almost always yes.
Most of our customers start with a sample order and a single model. The ones who stay are the ones who needed a supplier that could absorb a change request in week three without resetting the schedule.

Enclosure & tooling
In-house tooling and injection partners for custom housings, from a colour change on an existing shell to an entirely new industrial design.

Driver selection, chamber tuning and frequency-response shaping. We can target a specific sound profile rather than handing you a generic curve.
Electronics & firmware
PCBA design, Bluetooth stack configuration, custom voice prompts, ANC tuning and volume-limit logic for the kids range.
Packaging & compliance
Retail box artwork, inserts, manuals, barcode and shipping marks prepared in-house, with compliance documents matched to your destination market.
How we keep shipments clean
Three-stage inspection
Incoming material check, in-process inspection at every station, and a final AQL 2.5 audit before packing. Defect data is logged per batch and shared with you on request.
Acoustic and battery validation
Every model is frequency-response tested and cycled for battery capacity and safety before it enters the catalog. Wireless models carry UN38.3 reports and MSDS.
Certification per destination
CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH and UKCA documentation is prepared for the markets you ship to, and we re-test when regulations change rather than passing old reports forward.
Traceability
Each carton carries a batch code tied to its production date, line and inspection record, so a quality issue can be traced to a specific run instead of a whole container.

Where is the Oriole Audio factory?
The factory is in Bao'an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, about 40 minutes from Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport. Shenzhen is the audio hardware cluster for mainland China, so drivers, plastics, PCBs and battery packs are all sourced within the same province.
When was Oriole Audio founded?
Oriole Audio was founded in 2016 and has been making audio hardware for 10 years. The company started as an ODM workshop and moved to full OEM programs with private tooling and market certification.
